Marc is the founding partner of Clerc & Associates, P.C. and was admitted to the Bar as an attorney in 1998. After being admitted to the Bar, Marc followed a life-long dream and opened a law practice in Arlington, Massachusetts. Marc was graduated in 1990 from Boston College with a degree in Finance, and from New England School of Law in 1998. Prior to and during law school, Marc worked at Eastern Bank as a Regulatory Compliance Officer.

Marc is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Middlesex Bar Association, the Small Business Association of New England, Business Networking International (BNI), the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, the Cranberry Chamber of Commerce and the Volunteer Lawyers Project. Marc and his wife, Kerry, live in Lakeville, Massachusetts with their two children, Marielle and Timothy.
