Marc R. Clerc, Principal

Marc Clerc helped establish Clerc & Associates, P.C. in 1998 as a firm dedicated to meeting the specialized legal needs of the small business owner. As the owner of a small business, Marc understands the specialized needs of the firm’s clients, and has built his law practice on the principle of offering prompt access to responsive, practical and seasoned legal advice. Marc works with clients, business brokers, business bankers, insurance professionals, CPAs and others to help his clients buy and sell a wide variety of businesses across all industries. In addition, Marc provides timely, practical and cost-effective strategies to address other needs of the existing business owner, including choice of entity decisions, succession planning, commercial leases, partnerships, buy-sell agreements and general contracts. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College and a Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law. He resides in Lakeville, Massachusetts with his wife Kerry and their two children.
